Below is what to include so we can answer quickly. ## Email Write to [hello@tollkit.dev](mailto:hello@tollkit.dev) with questions about TOLLkit Wallet, the pay-per-call tools, Weigh Station, the market report, press or partnerships. ## A paid call If a paid tool call went wrong, send the `receipt` from the answer: its `request_id`, the tool, and the `payment_tx`. A call that fails is never charged, and a retry with the same `Idempotency-Key` and body within 10 minutes returns the same answer with no second charge. ## The wallet For help with TOLLkit Wallet, describe what you were doing and which network it was on. TOLLkit can’t recover a wallet for you: keep your recovery phrase written down and offline. Nobody from TOLLkit will ever ask for it, so never send it to anyone, including us. ## Is it down? Check the [status page](/status/) first: every TOLLkit service is checked every five minutes from outside our own servers, and incidents are listed there. [Live](/command/) shows paid calls and traffic as they happen. ## Your data To ask what we hold about a wallet address or email, or to have it deleted, write to the same address. Payments on a blockchain are public and can’t be deleted by anyone. The [API privacy policy](/privacy/) and the [wallet privacy policy](/wallet/privacy/) list what is kept and for how long. ## Sellers and Weigh Station If you sell an x402 service and have a question about how Weigh Station ranks or checks it, or about the endpoint monitoring you signed up for, include the endpoint’s URL.
