A paid call
If a paid tool call went wrong, send the receipt from the answer: its request_id, the tool, and the payment_tx. A call that fails is never charged, and a retry with the same Idempotency-Key and body within 10 minutes returns the same answer with no second charge.
The wallet
For help with TOLLkit Wallet, describe what you were doing and which network it was on. TOLLkit can’t recover a wallet for you: keep your recovery phrase written down and offline. Nobody from TOLLkit will ever ask for it, so never send it to anyone, including us.
Is it down?
Check the status page first: every TOLLkit service is checked every five minutes from outside our own servers, and incidents are listed there. Live shows paid calls and traffic as they happen.
Your data
To ask what we hold about a wallet address or email, or to have it deleted, write to the same address. Payments on a blockchain are public and can’t be deleted by anyone. The API privacy policy and the wallet privacy policy list what is kept and for how long.
Sellers and Weigh Station
If you sell an x402 service and have a question about how Weigh Station ranks or checks it, or about the endpoint monitoring you signed up for, include the endpoint’s URL. Nobody can pay to rank higher.
